Whitney Houston and Dana Bash

Whitney Elizabeth Houston was the youngest child of singer Dionne Warswick and gospel singer Cissy Houston. Whitney Elizabeth Houston grew as a child in a household of musicians. As a child she performed in the New Hope Baptist Church choir in Newark. By the time she was fifteen, Houston was singing professionally backing vocals with her mother for Chaka Khan's hit song in 1978 Im Every Woman. Songs like The Greatest Love of All, How Can I Tell If You Give Good Love, and the song Saving All My Love were all released from the album. They allowed Houston to reach the seven US top tens which were higher than even the top tens of The Beatles. The album sold 3 million copies the first year and 25 million globally. She won her first six Grammy Awards. The album Whitney, released in 1987, and featuring the popular singles Where Do Broken Hearts go? and I Wanna Dance With Somebody, was a follow-up to her success from. But it came with The Bodyguard (1996) that cemented her position as one of music's best sellers. The movie and her role in it were not very well received, but the soundtrack and her rendition to Dolly's I Will Always Love You was a hit for a few months on the charts and she sold more than 44 million albums and singles all over the world. In the same year, she married Bobby Brown who was a ex- New Edition singer. She was the sole daughter of Bobby and Bobbi Kristina Brown in the month of March, 1993. Around this time, her well-documented addiction to drugs began. By 1996, she had been using drugs on a daily basis.

Dana Bash (also known as Dana Ruth Schwartz) is a CNN anchor and political reporter. The anchor has also created some of the network's weekend shows such as Evans & Novak' Late Edition and Inside Politics.' She also worked with other well-known channels in the past including NBC as well as CBS. Bash has been awarded numerous awards and honors. Elle magazine once listed her on its Women in Washington Power List. Numerous young journalists admire her for having incredible reporting/anchoring skills. Her one child is her greatest joy in life. The couple was divorced twice and is now a married. Bash who is a strong and independent woman, loves her fans wholeheartedly.
